With a mixing capacity of 500 litres, the machine offers flexibility in production through operating parameters that can be adjusted to the requirements of different products.

Working Principle

The Farmatürk Cube Mixer works on the principle of a cubic-geometry mixing chamber rotating around its own axis.

As the mixing chamber rotates, the powder and granule materials inside are continuously displaced. This movement increases contact between the materials and helps the blend become homogeneous.

The operator can set the mixing time, rotation speed and rotation direction on the touchscreen control panel. Operating parameters defined for different products can be saved as recipes and reused in subsequent productions.

When the mixing process is complete, the machine automatically moves to a preset stop position, making operation easier.

• Touchscreen Control Panel: Operating parameters are set on the control panel, and mixing operations are managed easily.
• Storage of Up to 99 Recipes: The mixing time, rotation speed and operating parameters defined for each product can be saved and reused. This ensures process repeatability in facilities that produce multiple products.
• Adjustable Mixing Time: The time is set according to the product characteristics and process requirements; the mixing cycle ends when the time has elapsed.
• Adjustable Rotation Speed: The speed is determined by the physical properties of the material, creating suitable conditions for different powder and granule blends.
• Clockwise and Counterclockwise Rotation Control: Both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation commands are supported.
• Adjustable Automatic Stop Position: When the process ends, the chamber stops at the position set by the operator, which simplifies loading and discharging.
